- Each press has its own temperature control unit for both the mold temperature and water temperature
- Wilco uses the INO/TOYOII System which is machine monitoring software that can be utilized from any desktop computer to view and automatically track production and process information that is sent from all of Wilco's plastic injection molding presses. This system is designed to be both a dual purpose production and quality tool. Real time and historical data is available for statistical methods to validate and maintain our process control.
