Assembly Capabilities
For customers who require their products to be packaged in a clean environment, Wilco Molding, Inc offers an ISO Certified Class 8 Clean Room for assembly. This certified clean room for assembly parts does not allow for cardboard in the room. This room is controlled with our HEPA air filtration system. With the utilization of specialized automation assembly equipment, the need for handling is limited to further enhance clean assembly. This automation equipment was built in-house by Wilco and is one of the many ways we make ourselves more efficient in order to give the best value to our customers. Wilco also has assembly capabilities outside of its clean room. We do multi-part, complex assemblies for multiple projects.
