Clean Room Molding
Wilco Molding, Inc maintains an ISO Certified Class 8 Clean Room in which 5 Plastic Injection Molding machines are operating. In this certified clean room we have the ability to generate parts used in laboratories and other industries that require parts with little to no particle matter. Our clean room is certified at an ISO Class 8 level which means we certify that your parts are being made in a room that is under 100,000 PPM. We minimize foreign contaminants by utilizing a pressure ante room for pass through to enter both the molding and assembly clean rooms. We also do not allow any cardboard in our clean rooms. Hair nets and Lab coats are required and even latex gloves when necessary.
