We utilize molding machinery ranging in size from 35 to 500 ton, both electric and hydraulic. We optimize our personnel by utiilizing robotic part handling on our machines whenever possible. This is only one way in Which wilco strives to maintain control over efficiency and costs.
Due to the variety of machinery available, we are able to run single-cavity as well as multiple-cavity molds., as our customers' needs change. We provide scheduling flexibility by offering short runs or multiple set-ups, if necessary, to meet your needs.
All molding machines run in a climate controlled environment. For sensitive products we also offer molding in a limited access / clean room environment.
Our Experience with engineering grade resins is unmatched in the injection molding industry. We have and extensive background with a wide range of materials. This allows you to choose the best combination of performance and price to achieve the value need in your product.
